Name that Tune A mildly entertaining diversion. photo by bk7j Update: No need to guess. We had a winner six minutes in. The song is “Who are you?” (which is also the theme song to an American show, “CSI”) and the artist is the British rock band, “The Who”. Thanks for playing. It’s cold here in Da ‘Burgh with a decent frosting of snow on the ground. On the way into work this morning, I heard this tune and, though I must have heard it hundreds of times before, only this morning did I pay any attention to the non-chorus lyrics. (What are those called, anyway? Stanzas?) That got me thinking that this might make a pretty good “Name that Tune” candidate. Here is the line: I woke up in a Soho doorway A policeman knew my name Post your guess for the song title and artist in the comments. Try to do it without “googling” it.
